Today in human geography

Today in human geography Mr.Schick first helped everybody get on track with our blogs. Then, he went over the syllabus up on the board. First thing he talked about on the syllabus is what we will be learning about in this class. Next, he talked about the materials we need in human geo. The materials include our computer, a notebook and an open mind. Mr.Schick explained why we should have an open mind. We then talked about the assessments, grading scale, and late assignments. We also talked about technology. For technology we have to put our phones into a bin in the back of the classroom. For our computers we aren't allowed to play games and they have to be fully charged. Lastly, in the syllabus we talked about plagiarism and how serious it is. Plagiarism was the last thing we talked about and the bell rung to go home.

My first day at John Carroll

My first day at John Carroll was interesting but I really liked it. I met all my teachers for a little while at orientation and met some people. Today was good though because I actually got to sit in a classroom with my classmates for the first time and talk to kids for the first time.I also got to see my teachers and see how they teach and what I am going to learn about my freshmen year. I really like John carroll. I am beyond excited to spend my next four years here. Last night I was so nervous today wouldn't go right and something would go wrong but I was worried for nothing my first day went perfect. I am super excited to get involved and meet even more people then I already do. I am ready to work hard and get good grades and be involved. High school is a pretty big change from middle school and I could tell just by the first day. In conclusion, my first day of school was great.
